I didn't pick a Backyard Bug of the Day today, just because I think that both of these bugs have been chosen this year. So... Here's all the bugs I took pictures of today:
I did see one ant, and a couple of March flies. That's it. I didn't get out to do my bug walk until later in the afternoon, which may have had an effect on what I was able to find, but still. A remarkably unbuggy day.
And the only arachnid I saw was one I most definitely did not appreciate. Another tick on my chair. I didn't even take its picture. Bleh.
