April Showers

Here's what the last couple of days have been like in the backyard:

 Yesterday I didn't get outside at all, and today I only got about half-way around the backyard before it started raining. April showers, naturally. The snow from Monday is gone (and practically forgotten) but there may be more coming in a couple of days.

Bugs don't care much for rainy days, I've noticed, but it was warm(ish) and the sap was flowing, so the ants were out and about:

 Jumping spider

 One of these days I'll have to figure out what kind of spider this is.
